Open.....

This is the yard at our local timber merchants. I was able to get the timber I needed to make my daughters wooden vegetable rack to be hung on the wall in her outside shed. Apparently they are not available to buy - even on line so guess what.....'Dad - do you think you could....please....make me one'.
It seems strange that you cannot buy one ready made but perhaps people now all buy pre-packed veg to go straight into the fridge or perhaps just don't buy vegetables. Luckily my daughter is a good sensible mother and cooks from fresh every day for her family. Her partner however does not 'do' DIY of any sort.......! Luckily he does not mind her asking me and is very pleased not to have to try to do things himself!!
