Children went to the museum of science and industry with Karen and the childminding gang today. Sounds like they had a great time although Dylan is still under the weather. Lily ate like a horse and enjoyed being mothered by the bigger girls who are off school this week. Dylan had fun pumping water from the well and looking for the 'rats' in the 'sewer' :).

Phil's had a successful day hat shopping and I had a productive day at work. Dawned on me today that our 5 year wedding anniversary is just around the corner. How time flies! Thought it would be nice to look for a hotel for the night as a special treat. Wouldn't it be lovely to revisit the houseboat hotel on which we spent one of our first dates and which is our lily may's namesake? It would if they hadn't been taken over and had their names changed!! Gutted! Lily may the lovely boat is now Laila Mai. Pfft. Change is not good! Spa hotel it is then ...
