Appropriate as I'm feeling all washed up.

In London the next three days - Polpo in Soho with old colleagues tomorrow night, Mildred's in Soho on Friday lunchtime, and West End theatre on Saturday afternoon followed by the Yoga Mama in the evening.

London belongs to me ... just hope I have the energy for it.
