Laughing out loud

Its a terrible photo but it did make me laugh out loud so I wanted to share it with you.
When I did my river dive the other day, I didnt realise just how much I hurt myself.
Over the last few days my ribs have been hurting, feeling like I needed to stretch them or something. So this morning I decided to have a good stretch and did it too far nearly passing out with the pain I caused myself.
I had a busy day planned and once I had finished I took some painkillers, put a heated pad on my ribs and had an hour watching the TV. Tilly and Sprout had other ideas! But made my ribs hurt laughing!
Thank you for all your lovely comments on my big 500 yesterday. Only 499 now till the bigger 1000!
