Paella
Such a fun way to spend a day - the editor of Intermezzo magazine (I think a fairly local Boston area food magazine), had a cooking class in her home kitchen. Today's topic was Spectacular Seafood. There were 6 of us in the class. The items on the menu were Lobster stock, Salmon, pan seared with tomato-basil sauce and a spice rub, Seafood Linguine and Of course the Paella.
