Just Watching The World Go Round.

Out this morning in Clacton. Got home late morning had some lunch then hobbled off to the Doctors with a bad knee.

The doctor told me I have what used to be called 'housewife's knee' He gave me some anti-inflammatory tablets and told me it was ok to walk and cycle so when I got home I got the bike out and went for a ride around.

I got myself an ice cream and went and sat on the Greensward where I took this image.
