Pepper surprise

After a slow start and lunch I spent the afternoon catching up with a dance friend Vicki and her 3 month old who is the happiest smiliest baby I've ever seen!

Slow crawl home from Lakeside and cooked salmon stir fry and found this pepper in a pepper.. !

Changed and back out to Romford to dance - it's been a long time since I was there so was lovely to chat to friends and got some great dances too :-)
