Return of the cupcake...

If nothing changed, there would be no butterflies....

I never thought after baking 160 cupcakes a few weeks ago for the 'Bake for Bumps' sale, I would be baking again so soon.

But it was actually quite a pleasure, making these today for a dear friends 30th. Apple requested coconut flavour, I added the rum to get the party started!
