Silver-ground Carpet Moth

Another beautiful sunny day with blue sky. I wasn't able to go outdoors to enjoy it though because I've been busy preparing everything for the Table Top Sale tomorrow.

Late afternoon I was wandering round the garden and spotted what I thought was a small white butterfly resting on a Penstemon. On closer inspection I think it might be a moth.

If any expert out there in Blipland can identify this more accurately I would appreciate it. I based my naming on the information and photo found here.
