artificial sky

Created with the assistance of Nik Color Efex pro. There was no orange in the original. Normally I like my photos to closely resemble the scene. I just fancied playing with colour for a change.

We travelled to Newcastle for the day (200+ mile round trip) and spent much of it working in my Mum's garden. Never thought about a blip until the return journey so snapped a few skycapes from the car window.

Heading towards Keswick  (and with a massive lay-by not far ahead) I exclaimed "wow, what a fantastic view".  Did the driver (husband) pull in? No.  So, sorry there's no view of the hills around Keswick, just a sky that has been messed around with on the computer.
