Sculpture at the National Stone Centre
had a wander over to the stone centre this afternoon, its not an uncommon walk for me as I do it most days but it was a pleasant diversion due to keeping up with Tom's hit and miss journey, edit off on his way finally :-)
Poor lad, missed his first flight due to his connection being delayed, poor information at terminal five and now a plane thats waiting for a slot. The joys of traveling indeed.
There are some interesting little sculptures dotted around, they also teach sculpting here too. As I walked through the quarries though a rather large crack of sound and half a wall face came tumbling down, the cold is really cracking the rock faces here.
