This lovely poppy is about to burst forth. I do love the delicate shade of green of its foliage and I think the flower will be a very pale pink - at least that's what it was last year.
Unfortunately my oriental poppies haven't really survived the weather this year. The rain has battered them before they had a chance to shine.
