Last Chance Stir-up

We didn't get a chance to visit our lovely local shop for organic veggies today, so dinner is a combination of all those little bits left in the fridge that would soon be feeding our hens, you know the bits...the solitary mushroom, the lone courgette, the half a pepper you saved, a bit of aubergine add a touch of garlic, onion, some pine nuts and herbs and you have a delightful combination that tastes intended. Add some warmed ciabatta and dinner is served. Baby Brightness loves meals like this where she can pick out favourite pieces and now she is more dexterous and learning pincer grip she can properly target the bits that have her squeezing with delight.
