Cruickshank Botanic Gardens

Took a stroll over to Old Aberdeen this am . Through Westburn park ( great rhododendrons) and the University Library to Cruickshank Gardens in Old Aberdeen. These botanical gardens are owned and cared for by the University and are well worth a visit . Really an undiscovered part of Aberdeen and I wonder how many Aberdonians know of their existence . Spent a pleasant hour wondering about in lovely sunshine enjoying some magnificent plants and borders.
