Delicate pink

Escallonia shrub in a garden near my corner shop. Smothered in flowers with a deeper pink one next to it. I trimmed mine back last year and I don't have so much blossom this year. When it does flower it is a deep rose colour.
Taxing read at the OU today about Greek and Italian icons, and the computer was playing up just when I got into 'mid flow'.
