Bond, James Bond

One of the delights and frustations of blipping is that some days you are hugely challenged to find a blip, and others you have a surfeit.

Todaywe went to Nijar which is known for its distinctive colourful ceramic ware. Lots of photos of piles of colourful pottery. And numerous shops like Aladdin´s caves with moorish lights and exotic drapes and rugs. All great blip potential.

We also visitied the only natural flamingo site in Europe at Cabo Del Gato where the birds wander in the salt marshes for food. Lots of full zoom (and slighly blurry) shots of the birds wading.

But while having a tapas lunch at Nijar having listened to the bells chime out "Santa Maria" there was a buzzing overhead and this device hove into view. It was some distance away and must have been some 8* metres across but hovered around for a few minutes before disappearing. It caused a degree of exctiment amongst the locals so is not a usual sight.

I am unlikiley to see it again so it becomes today´s blip. Not what I thought would be the one at the start of the day - but that is the fun of blipping.

Postscript: on advice I need to downgrade the size of the machine. Perhaps to under 2 metres? Consequence of looking at things through a zoom lens?
