Gliding on By.

Back to the gym today. It was great as i met a lot of the people that were there when i first joined. I don't go on a Tuesday any more, so it was nice to see them all again. I saw Roger as well. When i did the Race for Life on Sunday, and we downloaded the photos, i saw that at the finishing line, there was a photo of myself, and a lovely girl i know who works in Boots. J printed off a photo of us and i took it in for her. She was thrilled to bits with it. I caught the bus home and had a shower. After lunch, J wanted to go to Porthcawl to go to the hobby shop and then we drove up to Rest Bay. The sky was amazing and if you view it in LARGE you can see a ship near the horizon.
