There's Family (for whom nothing is too much trouble).

And there's that circle of aquaintance (that most of us have) to whom we say,
'what can I do to help?' - and we mean it (though we kind of know that we probably won't be called upon).

And there's that small circle (of probably less than the number of fingers on one hand)...
They're the ones (if we're lucky) that we really could call in the middle of the night, and say, 'I need you'. And know they'd be there.
