Eyesight Testing in #Bhavnagar #India

IMPACT believes that prevention is better than cure so we work hard to prioritize early identification and treatment. Screening children for problems linked to sight or hearing for example, means that our team are able to identify any health issues that may arise in the future if not addressed now. Examples include providing children with vitamin A if they have a deficiency, which could affect their eyesight in the future.

Our partner, the PNR Society, support government efforts to target marginalised people in slums, tribal villages and day labourers working in ship breaking yards and use street plays, rallies and pamphlets to educate and motivate communities about health and the importance of check ups with our team.
