new macro lens

I am beginning to learn about my new macro lens---I took a close up of the inside pattern of a lovely bowl my mom had given me several years ago. I am just starting to get to know this lens so it will take awhile to figure it out. This time I took the inside shot and then did some effects to it for fun. I liked the results enought to use it for today's blip. Now I know i need to get serious about learning more so come spring I can use it for some flower close ups. I tried gettin a close up of my kitty's face but he would have nothing to do with it now would Cowboy . I backblipped yesterday's of Jan. 7th and there's one I forgot to mention of Cowboy on January 5th that is cute.
