Award Winning

Today I headed into town to meet my friend S., for a lovely brunch at Browns followed by a wander round town before heading to Cuckoo's Bakery down in new town.

I've been meaning to visit here for ages & it was definitely worth the wait! This is their award winning Raspberry & White Chocolate Cupcake and it was delish :) S., said his fruit scone was very good too (which they offer cold or warmed up).

All in all, a good day out with a good catch up & a very full tum!

It was raining in Edinburgh but dry in Midlothian so I decided to walk off some of the calories on the back route home instead of getting a second bus.
