The Healthy Option

.... but not mine! S knocked this up for her tea while I munched and crunched my way through a few slices of cheese and toast. She'd had a very pleasant couple of hours at the dentist this morning while he did some serious root canal work. I think the soft food option was the best option!

I should be on the golf course just now but Wednesdays seem to be rainy days just now and it's been chucking it down pretty much since I opened the curtains this morning. Radio Scotland was telling me it'd be cloudy and grey while I was looking out the window at rapidly forming puddles. I suppose it wasn't really a wrong forecast, just not the whole picture.
