Going backwards

Asthma nurse yesterday and I have been put back on preventative inhaler. I stopped having to use one about 4 years ago, so I am hoping this is a temporary measure.
Need all my puff, as going on the Race for Life 5k this Sunday again. (The pink bobbles will be fetched out of storage)
