Textures
Our mountains look particularly spectacular when the sno is being got at by the sun. The textures of the rock and contours start to show thru and I think it looks better than when completely covered in sno. I was not here at this time as The Boss was having a ‘drive by’ shooting on the way (sorta) to Seniornet this morning and I am only a young dog and therefore can’t go altho it would be wonderful to sniff 100 people and generally create chaos. I stayed faithfully with The Bossess until she left too. Sigh.
The Boss was telling the story of how to get goods normally not shipped from the USA to NZ via New Zealand Post’s “My Shop” redelivery service in Oregon and how he had purchased a set of antislip clip on shoe soles and a woolly hat to test this service and all were entranced until one lady commented that the slip on’s were available from the local Hardware shop. Anyway the Woolly (synthetic) hat is still OK….
The final part of his presentation today was a TED Talk and if you would like a lift in your life I recommend this. (19 mins) Please watch to the end where The Boss is not ashamed to confess that he needed a hanky for a short time.
