Another lovely day - bright and fresh with a fairly stiff breeze. The flowers on the edge of the estuary just needed to be blipped. I lurked in the long grass at the side of the road, as you do. Rain, quite a lot of it, forecast for tomorrow, so I've planted a couple of roses bushes, hardy ones, where there were gaps from the storms. The old lady in the garden centre advised me to plant garlic underneath them to ward off aphids which seemed very sensible.
