Blimey! It's been raining! Non-stop torrential rain, wind and coldness - the water is gushing off the mountain. A slight lull in proceedings and we decided tea and cake was needed at the Heron Gallery . We stopped off to the look at the little river. It was in full spate! Scones, raspberry jam, cream and Earl grey and things looked better. How thankful we were that it wasn't like this on Aran.
Himself has been slaving over the maps and design features for the book; it's almost done! Now we have the very difficult job of trying to find an image for the cover.
