Over the last wee while I've become more conscious of my health, after my mum had a health scare and me realising that my dad's family doesn't have a great health record.
While I like to think I'm fairly healthy, I don't want to take my health for granted. Recently I've been making more effort to think about what I'm eating and make sure my diet is balanced, and I'm also trying to fit in more exercise. I've set myself general walking goals, but decided I need to do more at the gym. After a bit of research online I decided to by a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor and calorie counter in the hope that it'll spur me on to be more consistent with my gym exercises. Wish me luck!
