Charity cycle ride

12 of my colleagues set off at really silly o'clock this morning to drive from Bury St Edmunds to Lowestoft to begin a cycle challenge, 117 miles across Suffolk, ably supported by others to help with routes, food, drink.

Caught up with them this afternoon and they were all looking good, and seemed to be in good spirits and slightly later than planned they arrived back at the office for a barbecue that had been provided for them and their family and friends to celebrate their safe return.

They have all done fantastically well, so proud of them all.
