I watched someone get a tattoo today!

This week's JOMC 480 assignment was "identity" so I chose to do a story on ames Padilla, the owner of Ascension Tattoo in Chapel Hill. The 43-year-old said he got his first tattoo, a skull with bones, at age 18 and has since had it covered up.
