We had to leave Ostuni today to fly home, but on our way we chose to stop in at Polignano a mare, which was absolutely stunning. In essence we squeezed something relevant into our final day, something else beautiful and worth seeing. I loved it, although after lunch (more sumptuous food) it did get a little on the warm side!

So there we have it, one fantastic holiday seeing some wonderful undiscovered gems in an area packed full of culture, character and unspoilt beauty.

I wish I was back there already.
