Today the Greenbridge Condominiums staff let me photograph Northside from their apartment balconies and the building's roof.

In 2010, Greenbridge Condominums opened its doors accross the street from St. Joseph's CME. The patios of the luxury apartments which, according to the Daily Tar Heel sell for upwards of $500,000 dollars each, overlook Northside. With the demand for housing and retail space growing in Chapel Hill, Northside residents are worried the new developments will continue to drive up the cost of living in the area.
