Worship and Dance

Long-term and seasonal student residents use and interact with Northside's space in different ways. For the first, it is a place to worship and the homes of their ancestors. For the latter it represents a short commute to campus and a place to unwind.

On the left: Parishioners sing and worship during Sunday service at St. Joseph CME.

On the right: Two UNC-CH graduate students and a recent alumna dance at Pantana Bob's, a bar located on Rosemary St. in Northside.
