Florence - the city

This is taken from Piazzale Michelangelo, high on a hill across the Arno, after a very sweaty hike in 33C temperature.
Here there is a cafe also, with fabulous views, but some of the surliest and most arrogant waiters I have ever come across. Would happily have given each of them a good slap! Prices for a couple of cokes were outrageous into the bargain.
