Listening to the Speech to the Sun

At the background there is Tampere City Hall where the official part of the conferment festivities ended with the Ball. All the old dances: polonaise, valse mignon and cicapo went very well. We were dancing the whole night in good company!

In the morning hours we went outside to listen to the mayor of Tampere give a speech to the sun - she can be seen on the balcony - she went through the conferment ceremonies as well.
