The rings

Well the day of my first real wedding photography was a very grey and wet one. The rain started about 9 o'clock and it rained, it poured and then poured some more! I was already nervous so that really didn't help.

The experience - not sure I can say I enjoyed it. It was hard work, I was more rushed than I thought I would be which I can see reflected in the shots. The venue was lovely and had we been able to get outside for photos it would have been much easier. As it was we had to try and squeeze groups into small areas which wasn't ideal, nor was the lighting.

Hopefully, once I have edited them, there will be enough good ones to have done a reasonable job for Rachel and Darren!

Typically enough, late afternoon when I got home the sun came out and it was a lovely evening :-(
