Hot Saturday

Started my Saturday with a 10.57 km run/walk with my neighbour

After a shower I personal trained a client on the patio as so so hot

The afternoon I lay in the sun, listening to music and reading up about skin care and the goodness of Coconut oil

The early afternoon I was invited to my neighbours for a braai ( BBQ )

Was a lovely relaxing day.
