In Bloom

The lurgy has spread to Mummysaurus, so I'm back on blog duties today.

Ivy has started feeling better at last, which is a relief. This has, though, resulted in her trying to make up for lost play/ boob time (ok, so mostly boob time) and being generally a bit high maintenance. Three attempts to escape up the stairs, two series' of black books and a broken Galilean thermometer later (in truth the thermometer is entirely on me, but I figure I can give her the blame) she is now tucked up fast asleep.

Ill Mog gives me free reign in the kitchen to try stupid things, so dinner was bacon, green bean and pear stew which worked surprisingly well, and instant chocolate pancakes from powder which, surprisingly, tasted even worse than that sounds.
