Butterfly Watching

As my old demons start to come back and there is no let up in stuff I need to do, moments like this are worth remembering. Mindfulness shmindfulness. I will remember watching Dave from afar taking this picture of Sam laughing when he tried to get closer and closer before the butterfly flew off.
