Pretty Poppy

Just as the dandelion flowers are getting all raggedy and the buttercups are getting cut down, you wonder what will be next and there are the poppies, their large faces nodding in the sun. I have seen some vibrant colours this year but I do think this peach poppy growing in the wild is a beautiful colour.

A good day for Thomas who is at Queens watching the tennis with his school year group, a stressful day for Adam writing AS Physics and for Luke writing A2 German, a busy day for Gavin who is flying across the pond on his way to New York. And a quiet day at home for me!
