I couldn't resist blipping this adorable female zebra spider. She was just ambling along (towards my flash: she seemed intrigued) when she suddenly turned and noticed me. This was the previous shot...

I almost blipped a painted lady butterfly, but it was far too similar to yesterday's pic. (play spot the difference: yesterday and today), and there was also a pretty Harlequin ladybird contender. I uploaded the others to flickr (right from here):
