Early morning beach comb

Beautiful morning full of warm promise,
got out the trusty steed and cycled down to the seafront
for a breathe of fresh sea air, spirits lifted.
Won't mention the all butter croissants that I picked
up from the bakery on the way home , all that good
exercise cancelled out !
