Today's the day ........................... for a Jacob's Join

You may know it by a different name - but round here a Jacob's Join is when everyone brings some item of food or drink to a social gathering at someone's house. It invariably turns into a gourmet feast.

Spent a lovely evening round at Jenny's house with Sandra, Janet, Lisa and Jane. Jane brought cake - and as she is a very good cake-maker, it was of course absolutely delicious ...................
