Callans Lane Wood

Today Mrs W and myself found that we were Biskit sitting at 20 minutes notice. It was too hot to take him round the village, so I decided to try Callans Lane Wood, which was a good move as the trees kept it cool.

Nevertheless at about three quarters of the way through our two and a bit miles walk this old fogy needed a rest, and fortunately the Forestry Commission have placed a bench just at the right position. This was the view we were rewarded with.
