Maiden Voyage

Took the new barbie out for a spin tonight.
She handled really well, especially around the curves. Ramping up to top heat took a little longer than I expected, but braking back down was ultra responsive.

I've been told that cooking with this natural gas version rather than propane is the way to go. We'll see.
Next time, a shade hotter to start to try and crisp the outside while leaving the inside nice and pink.

And how did these taste?

Not. Bad. At. All.
