Re-vamped

This building was a hotel/apartment accommodation before the earthquakes and has sat empty since the shakes. I assumed it was going to be demolished as nothing had been done to it for three years and it was looking more and more neglected. Then just recently I have noticed the scaffolding gone up , workmen everywhere and the sign there saying that it will re-open in September as a new Hotel. All good news I suppose.
