Pools and pines.......what's in mind?

A quick dash over for a shoot as the day slipped away.
Thank goodness for slow cookers as it meant dinner was taking care of itself whilst I was at work, doing the school run and later out playing with photography :)

Every night we say our "3 good things about our day" at dinner.....it is so great to have the whole family back at the table and sharing in this little tradition. It is a small thing that is really a BIG thing. It allows us to refocus and share good things.

We have a slightly newer tradition thanks to Blip....
after I have a little play with the pics from the day the kids weigh in on which of the photos from the day is "blippable".

Tonight is was a tie between the one I have posted and another...... I love seeing what it is in each photo that appeals to each child....it is an interesting insight into the way they view the world!
