A four mile walk this morning followed by a quick tidy up, quick shop, lunch and then an afternoon having friends over. Then pick the girls up, dinner, Cubs and when the girls were in bed; washing folding! Busy day but my knees are behaving as if I've sat doing nothing: that niggly ache. Oh well, hopefully it'll be gone by tomorrow.
