The Assassin on Pink

It's hard to take an assassin (bug) too seriously when they're standing on a pink petal... ;-)

More lethal.

We never saw the sun today, just a few moments that were less wet than others. I chose an almost dry time to search for a blip and gave up when the camera and I started taking on more water than was probably wise. The Assassin was the only other bug I came across besides mosquitoes.... Massive quantities of mosquitoes. So, this lanky predator made the cut.
