Birthday..

Mum is 88 today (Monday) and I went down to see her..

This is my nephew who has just completed the London Night ride, a 100 km road route around the streets of London. The race takes place overnight, to avoid the traffic. When he reached £750 in sponsorship, he added that he'd ride back to Gloucester too to make it even more of a challenge. So that's over 200 miles in two days, and this is the final part of the journey, with about 1/4 mile to go. He's waving at Mum, who is looking out of the window from her raised hospital bed, and followed by the other riders from Gloucester..
