Lake Tahoe

With a surface area of 191 sq mi (490 km2), Lake Tahoe is big. My Thai friend said it looked more like the ocean than a lake. Although the water is super cold, the sun was warm, and we enjoyed dipping our feet in. The water is also very clear, which only makes for a better picnic and beach day.
